SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

It’s a busy time for online orders, and whilst this does mean that you may experience some slight delays, rest assured that we’ll be maintaining the strict health & hygiene standards we’ve put into place. We’re doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please allow 8-15 business days for your order to be delivered. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit,credit cards, UPI , mobile wallet (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.We request customers to kindly cooperate and be assured of the delivery.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled. It can be returned only if it is expired or spoiled.

​RETURN POLICY

  • WHAT CAN A CUSTOMER RETURN? 

    • A faulty, damaged, expired or defective product.

    • A product that is different from what you ordered. (Please note: colour, size etc may appear different due to photography and lighting. We encourage you to read the product description prior to ordering.) 

    • If the product does not fit well (size).

  • WHAT A CUSTOMER CANNOT RETURN? 

    • Items that are marked as non returnable 

    • Certain products like food, beverages, bath, beauty and lingerie are not returnable due to hygiene purposes. 

    • Items that have been worn, washed or soiled. 

    • If the seal is broken, it cannot be returned unless it is an expired,faulty product

    • Handmade products and products that are custom-made as per requirement are not returnable. 

    • Items bought during promotions, discounts and sales are not eligible for refunds, exchange or returns. 

    • Also, since all the products are natural it may change its colour and texture slightly. It cannot be termed as damaged and returned.
       

  • CAN A CUSTOMER CANCEL THEIR ORDER?

    • If the order or item(s) have not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order by emailing us at sokoliving@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order (provided the product qualifies for cancellation).

    • In case the order has been cancelled by us, the refund of the order will be processed within 7-10 days  week from the date of cancellation. 

    • If an order is custom made or handmade, then it does not qualify for cancellation (will be specified on the product page). 

    • Once an order has been cancelled from our end, but is with the logistics partner, they may attempt a delivery. We request you to not accept the delivery. 

    • In the case that the order has been delivered, we request you to follow the procedure and guidelines stated for returns. 

    • Please note, all refunds will be processed to the original payment mode for all online prepaid methods. 

    • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed through the provided bank account and may take upto 14-21 days.
       

  • WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE? 

    • All products must be returned in the original condition as they were received, along with bills, original tags, labels etc. 

    • All products that need to be returned must be delivered by the customer at their cost. Kooh is not responsible to pay for the return charges.

    • Brand packaging should be intact (unless damaged while delivery). 

    • In case the products are received in a damaged condition (or is a faulty piece), we request you to please email us on sokoliving@gmail.com, along with an image and order details (name, order id, invoice number). Post analysis, we will contact you to arrange a pickup. 

    • Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website. We request you to please check for any aberration. 

    • Exchanges are subject to the discretion of Soko Living

    • Size change requests are first considered for exchange, and refunded only if an alternative size is not available. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer. 

    • Colour change requests are subject to availability of colours and at the discretion of the vendors. The shipping charges will be borne by the customer. 

    • An exchange/refund will be processed to the original payment method only once the returned products have undergone our quality control procedure. Once the shipping costs has been borne by the customer, we will deliver the exchanged product back to the customer at our expense. 

    • All refunds are processed after 1-2 week of receiving the returned items. 

    • Shipping fees and internet handling fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. In order to avoid additional transportation, we request you to ship the products back to the brand at the address provided via email.

    • To initiate a return/exchange request, please email us on sokoliving@gmail.com, along with the following details: 

      • Full Name

      • Order Number

      • Name and quantity of the product (to be returned)

      • Detailed description/reasoning for return/exchange

      • Pictures/videos of the product (in case of damages or manufacturing defects)

    • The email must be sent to us within 3 days of receiving the product. Any requests post the time frame, will be considered at the discretion of the vendor. 

    • In case of a return/refund, the customer is required to ship the products back within 7 days at the address mentioned via email. 

    • We encourage customers to obtain proof of postage, as we are unable to process any refunds/exchanges until we receive and confirm the condition of the original products.  

    • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method in case of a debit/credit card. In case of a cash on delivery, we provide the customers with store credit of the same value. 

 

Please note that Soko Living decision with regards to the refund and returns policy shall be final and binding and by continuing to order with Soko Living you agree, abide and acknowledge the same. You shall not be entitled to raise any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, etc. of whatsoever nature in that regard once Soko Living has informed you about its decision. â€‹We believe in consuming mindfully, rather than impulse buys. We urge you to rethink your purchases before making them. â€‹We hope you understand and work with us in creating a better tomorrow.

Items offered for sale are NON-Refundable Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
 

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Conditions for Returns In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
